Policy and Expectations
Please contact M2 Medical Spa and Wellness via telephone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees. You may incur a $75 cancellation fee upon rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that a patient has a history of two or more no-shows or cancellations, patient may be subject to paying full service price to schedule per management’s discretion.
Refund Policy
We do not compromise on quality of service and products. We only use FDA approved, high-end products and only employ experienced advanced practice providers and licensed medical aestheticians. We do not cut corners at M2 Medical Spa and Wellness and therefore have to maintain our pricing standards in order to continue offering high quality services, however sometimes outcomes do not meet patients’ expectations.
We understand that someone may not be entirely happy with their treatment or procedure. However, with any minor non-surgical procedure, there is no guarantee to the outcome, and it is at the patient’s own risk that these procedures are undertaken as stated in the consents. At M2 Medical Spa and Wellness we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at M2 Medical Spa and Wellness unused service values can be applied to any other service at M2 Medical Spa and Wellness.
When dermal fillers and Botox are used to complete a treatment, those products are not refundable once administered. Our goal is to improve any areas you feel need improvement, but results may vary. All services and product sales are final. There are NO refunds.
For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with any of our skin care products, you may return the unused portion back to us. We will be happy to exchange the item for equal or lesser value.
Expectations
Please have realistic expectations. Our body and skin are constantly changing and what worked a year or two ago, may not work the same way today.
Amazing things can happen here, we see drastic improvements every day, but please be aware that one visit may not be enough to achieve your desired results. Receiving cosmetic injections is a process and for many people the final result may only be an improvement in wrinkles versus complete elimination.
Dysport, Jeuveau (neuromodulators), and Restylane are medications; each person’s dose is unique to their body, just like any other medication. We all metabolize neuromodulators and filler at different rates, they will not last the same length of time for everyone.
Please be aware that bruising and swelling may occur with any injection. Not everyone will bruise, but please make preparations in case these side effects do occur.
