Elizabeth Anderson
Physician Assistant
Elizabeth Anderson has been a physician assistant for 18 years. She obtained her PA degree up in New York where she attended Touro College. She worked in New York from 2004-2012 where she worked with a pain management group performing injection therapy, such as PRP, trigger point and joint injections. She moved down to NC with her family where she worked as a neurology practitioner in which she specialized with stroke and migraine management. This is where she developed her technique with Botox injecting Migranous patients. Her passion grew more with aesthetics as she furthered her career, leading her to develop and continue her education for Botox and filler treatments. She enjoys working with aesthetics and creating confidence with her patients.
Jenn Lentz
Physician Assistant
With two decades of experience as a Physician Assistant Jenn is happy to join the M2 family in helping her patients achieve their health and beauty goals. She believes that looking and feeling your best go hand in hand. With her warm and humorous approach, you will feel comfortable right away. She is not shy about her own journey with weight and aging, so don’t be afraid to ask!
On her off time, Jenn loves spending time with her dogs, Henry and Abby, or hiking local trails with her wife. She can also be found at the Pickleball courts practicing her dinks and volleys. It’s not just for seniors!
Natasha Ferrini
Medical Estheticians
Graduating from The Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute of Charlotte in 2018, has just been the start of a long-time passion for Natasha. Born and raised in Southern California, she had been surrounded by the beauty industry, thanks to her late Grandmother who was a Beautician and opened her eyes to the world of self-care. When she was younger in her adolescence, she performed in school plays and sporting events but she had suffered with acne and skin issues. This propelled her to learn more about the science behind what her skin was doing so that she can share it with others. She then moved to the Carolinas in 2015 with her journey in hand to help others feel confident inside and out where she started working for Clinique. She is dedicated to learning every aspect of the growing Beauty Industry and provide up to date techniques and treatments specific to individual’s needs. She currently specializes in medical grade skin care, micro-needling, laser services, chemical peels, makeup artistry and soon, permanent makeup.
Lauren Baker
Practice Manager and Medical Esthetician
After completing her Esthetician schooling in 2007 from the Academy of Nails and Esthetics, Lauren went to work for a plastic surgeon’s office knowing she wanted to pursue the medical side of the industry. She has worked in all aspects of the business, completing multiple continuing education courses. Lauren specializes in chemical peels, laser treatments, micro-needling, and medical grade skin care. She strives to instill confidence in each client through customized treatment plans for their needs.
