Physician Assistant
With two decades of experience as a Physician Assistant Jenn is happy to join the M2 family in helping her patients achieve their health and beauty goals. She believes that looking and feeling your best go hand in hand. With her warm and humorous approach, you will feel comfortable right away. She is not shy about her own journey with weight and aging, so don’t be afraid to ask!
On her off time, Jenn loves spending time with her dogs, Henry and Abby, or hiking local trails with her wife. She can also be found at the Pickleball courts practicing her dinks and volleys. It’s not just for seniors!
Natasha Ferrini
Medical Estheticians
Graduating from The Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute of Charlotte in 2018, has just been the start of a long-time passion for Natasha. Born and raised in Southern California, she had been surrounded by the beauty industry, thanks to her late Grandmother who was a Beautician and opened her eyes to the world of self-care. When she was younger in her adolescence, she performed in school plays and sporting events but she had suffered with acne and skin issues. This propelled her to learn more about the science behind what her skin was doing so that she can share it with others. She then moved to the Carolinas in 2015 with her journey in hand to help others feel confident inside and out where she started working for Clinique. She is dedicated to learning every aspect of the growing Beauty Industry and provide up to date techniques and treatments specific to individual’s needs. She currently specializes in medical grade skin care, micro-needling, laser services, chemical peels, makeup artistry and soon, permanent makeup.
Lauren Baker
Practice Manager and Medical Esthetician
After completing her Esthetician schooling in 2007 from the Academy of Nails and Esthetics, Lauren went to work for a plastic surgeon’s office knowing she wanted to pursue the medical side of the industry. She has worked in all aspects of the business, completing multiple continuing education courses. Lauren specializes in chemical peels, laser treatments, micro-needling, and medical grade skin care. She strives to instill confidence in each client through customized treatment plans for their needs.

As a master’s prepared family nurse practitioner, she dedicates herself to exceeding industry standards. Discovering her passion in the wellness space, Samantha thrives on helping people achieve optimal health and radiate confidence. She completed her aesthetics training at the nationally recognized Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET) institute and is a firm believer in the importance of continued education in the aesthetics field. Samantha’s philosophy is simple: when people look and feel their best, they can give their best to the world. Outside of work, Samantha loves staying active, whether it’s working out, hanging with friends, or enjoying the great outdoors with her sweet pit mix, Gump. Isabella’s passion for aesthetics began in 2016, when she became a licensed esthetician and cosmetic tattoo artist in Miami, FL. With over seven years in the industry, she has refined her eye for facial balancing and prides herself in providing personalized, natural results that enhance each client’s unique beauty. In 2022, Isabella graduated from Chamberlain University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her career as a Women’s Services nurse in Charlotte. For Isabella, being an aesthetic nurse is not only about helping others feel beautiful on the outside, but establishing confidence that radiates from within.
