Typical Appointment Duration

What Does the Treatment Feel Like?
Topical numbing cream is applied before treatment. A small blood draw is performed first for PRP preparation. During the SkinPen treatment, most patients describe a mild scratching or vibrating sensation. The combination is generally well-tolerated.
How Should I Prepare?
Stay well-hydrated before your appointment. Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, blood-thinning supplements, and alcohol for 24–48 hours before treatment. Inform your provider of all medications and any blood-related conditions.
Aftercare
